Got energy to lift heavy weights for 5-10 reps but no energy to re-rack them like it takes only 1 rep. I don’t own any gym but I just couldn’t stand people who leave their weights after use. If you dislike putting back the weights then go hire a personal trainer to do this for you. If not, re-rack your weights man! Peace.
