Did something different today for Biceps & Triceps. I normally train with weights, hit about 7-10 reps.

This time was different, training under time-base (go as many reps) with bodyweight to ultilize more core, and jack up my metabolic rate abit for extra calorie burn. Arms was completely fried after doing 6 sets of this circuit!
